1. About the service
The Cloud Bakery is a SaaS platform for bakery management operated by MK TechLAB Ltd. Training certificates issued by the platform are internal training records only and are NOT accredited qualifications.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and authorised to enter contracts on behalf of your business.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to compromise platform security.
5. Intellectual property
All platform code, design, and content is owned by MK TechLAB Ltd. Your data remains yours.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK TechLAB Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
